"The biggest difference between American hotels and those in China is that there are no disposable toothbrushes, etc. The rooms are quite large, but they will not clean them proactively. They will only clean upon request, and you have to leave a tip. The pillows were short and fat which was painful for me."

"I was scheduled to stay for a week and a half, but hotel water was brown when I checked in and problem continued overnight so I check out and moved to Marriott in Sugarland. Water problem was reportedly caused by City of Missouri City. That said, the hotel manager was very unsympathetic to the problem which I found somewhat irritating. In addition, one of the elevators was not working which would have been a problem if there were more guests in the hotel. My room also needed some deferred maintenance work. The best thing I can say is that hotel refunded me for my one-night stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel given numerous options nearby."
