Booked two rooms for this holiday, the room was large and the facilities were good in all aspects. The reception attitude on the day of arrival was a bit poor. The location of the hotel is very good, 3 minutes walk from Lake Okennagan, there are many entertainment projects by the lake, walking and taking pictures are excellent. The pizza at the Italian restaurant opposite the hotel is delicious, the tiramisu is also great, the price is very affordable, highly recommended.

The place was warm, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The availability of a parking spot was a great convenience, and after a long day, we had a restful and peaceful sleep. Highly recommended!
