Boatreach Retreat (山涧渔上度假山居) We sit on a private forest‑covered peninsula along the lower Lishui River, 15 km from central Zhangjiajie. It is around a 40‑minute drive to the famous sandstone peaks that inspired the floating mountains in Avatar. There is no road onto the peninsula.
