We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the lobby. The rooms were bright, clean, and spacious. Although it had just opened, there was no unpleasant smell at all. They even provided complimentary breakfast. In the evening, when the teachers used the hotel's facilities for a performance, the manager prepared late-night snacks for us – so thoughtful! The service was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Fuzhou; it's also very close to the subway station. Overall, a fantastic experience."

"This guesthouse has its own entrance, making it easy to find. The rooms seem newly renovated and match the photos on the platform. However, the downside is that something on the first floor is very noisy; you can hear it clearly from the second floor. The third floor is okay, but I guess the top floor is the quietest, but there's no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. The toilet is quite small, the door lets in a lot of light, and the soundproofing is so-so. The most annoying thing is that there's no drain in the bathroom area, so it's always damp, but the price is reasonable."

The natural light is excellent; it's bright and airy during the day. The dormitory is opposite. The water pressure in the shower is very strong, making showering a pleasant experience. The only downside is that the toilet is a bit small. The mattress is incredibly soft and bouncy—the softest I've ever slept on. I can't even sit on the edge of the bed because I slide off easily. The space is quite large, and it's very quiet on the fourth floor at night. Customer service is excellent; communication is quick and convenient, and they try their best to resolve any issues. It's a duplex with separate floors, so the sound insulation between the two floors is slightly poor. Also, there's a bit of space for people on the lower floor to open their doors after entering through the main entrance."

"It's near Houting subway station, about a 15-minute walk away. After exiting the subway, walk straight, then right, then straight again. When you see a few signs, turn left and walk inside; you'll see Building 8 of Rongchuang Future Sea. If you can't find it, you can call the person in charge, and they'll come pick you up. The person in charge is also the guesthouse owner, and they're very easy to talk to. They helped me extend my check-out time and even promptly brought me a hairdryer because I broke it, sob sob. There's plenty of disposable toiletries; if you need more, the staff will bring more promptly. You can leave your trash outside, and the staff will clean it up immediately. The room has great ventilation and natural light; I stayed in a loft upstairs. It was practically silent at night when I went to sleep. There's a clothesline by the window for hanging light clothes. The bedding is excellent, especially the mattress—it's just the right firmness, with support all around, and fits the body perfectly. I really want a mattress connector, hahaha! The courier shop is downstairs; turn left after exiting the main door; it's at the back. There's also a convenience store in the lobby on the first floor, and two more outside. It's very convenient for everyday shopping. The photos were taken when I left; the room was a bit messy, so I didn't take a full-view photo. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying here. The owner is very responsible, replies to messages quickly, and tries their best to meet reasonable requests."
