The Cordis Hotel Ikeja

"Cordis Hotel was an absolute joy to stay in, made even more memorable by the professionalism, competence, and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and highly functional, while the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay. My favourite part of the hotel was undoubtedly the bar, where I spent most evenings relaxing and unwinding after long days. I would especially like to recognise Kh, who was an exceptional host and a true asset to the hotel. His warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. I would also like to commend the fantastic front desk team – Je, Mi, and Ki – for their professionalism and welcoming attitude. A special mention goes to Jo at the bar, who creates excellent cocktails and consistently delivers great service. Jo in the breakfast area was also incredibly helpful and ensured each morning started on a positive note with his friendly and attentive approach. On a less positive note, I was disappointed by an interaction with a member of the management team regarding my two grandmothers while they were in the lobby, despite them being registered guests of the hotel. While I appreciate the importance of hotel security and guest verification procedures, I felt the situation could have been handled with greater sensitivity and a more welcoming approach. Nevertheless, this experience did not overshadow the many positive aspects of my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Cordis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent accommodation, great facilities, and exceptional hospitality."
