GGuest UserThe service location and food was fantastic. Customer service post stay is appalling. After leaving and paying all residual amounts I receive a bill for 462 Aus Dollars. Now they’re treating to take it from my acc without my permission. This is an appallingly managed hotel. I even waited a week to have my deposits returned which they say was my banks fault. However I received an email saying, after a complaint to IHG, that I had received my deposit that happened a week latter. So despite all the positives I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you stay there please be careful.

YYasmineeeeMy stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room.
Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient.
Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

LLeydi NinoI loved the hotel! It’s new, very beautiful, and the rooms are modern, nice, and very clean. The facilities are also lovely. It has underground parking. The breakfast was also really good, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. We were also very happy with the price, especially for a brand-new hotel.

MMARYSONG67The room is exactly as pictured, with a stove available for self-catering. Housekeeping empties the trash daily and changes bedding upon request. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around. The central market is just a 3-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of food and essentials. The front desk isn't 24/7, but you can contact them by phone if you have any questions.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property.
However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest.
If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

GGuest UserAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

GGuest UserThe check-in was with Steve, a friendly man, and was very speedy. I've stayed at Links quite a few times and have always been happy. The amenities are great. The rooms I've stayed in are quiet. The only downfall this time (stayed in this room for the first time) was the bed was too soft for me. Will book again.
