Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, with the ocean in front and the CBD behind. Everything in the city center was within walking distance. The noodle house on the street behind the hotel was delicious. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Darwin.

Large room with a wonderful view over the city. A short 5 minute walk to the mall. Wonderful basic complimentary breakfast with opportunity to upgrade to a la carte.

Ideal location near the Darwin city center Clean and spacious room The apartment reception and manager are very helpful . It has been a pleasant stay .

I think the room is very good. There are various large and small cups, plates and bowls, knife and fork in the house. It is very convenient to use various tools. Whether it is cooking by yourself or something, and this 2 kilometers walk to the museum. It is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy things. , then eat swimming pool, there is a restaurant inside the hotel to call a taxi and the web to the airport is also very convenient, in short, it is cheap and good

Il Piatto our favourite restaurant at Casino food great wine selection ok abit expensive overall compared to other Fine Dining restaurants in Darwin. Reception staff need abit more life and friendlyness more personality.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

Well I loved the privacy and the service was friendly and well appointed 🥰
