Due to a sudden downpour at Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, we had to change our travel plans and ended up visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall and Zhijin Cave. This hotel was a last-minute booking, but it completely exceeded our expectations. The facilities are quite new, and the place is spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They proactively helped my child with popcorn and even adjusted the size of a traditional ethnic hat with a clip when we borrowed the costumes. We truly felt like honored guests.

Must praise this service! The staff is gentle, not familiar with the things, ask questions in time, the waiter is very patient, there is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby. There is also a self-service laundry room and a dryer, washing and drying is too suitable for travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, it was clean and bright, there was no smell, and the overall was simple and refreshing. The room hygiene is impeccable, the floor, bedding, and bathroom are cleaned very meticulously, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is on, the water is stable, and the toilet and shower glass are spotless. The mattress is moderately firm, the pillow comfort is online, the sound insulation is very good at night, and the whole night is safe and sound. The room is fully equipped, with high-speed WiFi, desk, charging sockets, and enough for business trips. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry drying area, which is very convenient for washing laundry during the trip. The breakfast is rich in variety, porridge noodles, buns, drinks and fruits are available, the freshly cooked noodles taste very good, and the price is full. The whole is clean, worry-free, and cost-effective. It is suitable for short trips or business trips. I will choose this one next time I come to Bijie!

When we arrived at the high-speed rail, we drove a car to pick us up. It felt kind and warm. After getting off the bus, you can see the location of the homestay is very good. You can enjoy the green mountains and rivers. 🪴🍀 The climate is pleasant, the scenery is beautiful, and even the air is a relaxing smell. The view in the room is wide, and you can look at the distance. 💓💓 Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, the cleaning is spotless, all kinds of needed items are prepared very well, there is a small aromatherapy, the details are full, the whole layout can be seen to be carefully designed, the designer's taste is great, the decoration style is very like, the accommodation is very satisfactory. 💝💝 Finally: there are Mitsubishi super cute 🐶🐶🐶 in the homestay. They are: Wangcai Huahua and cabbage, which can achieve the freedom of walking the dog. The three small cockroaches are very cute and their relatives are cute. 🐾🐾 You can play with them and touch the dog's head. It's so beautiful. This is the life you yearn for! The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. After it was finally cleaned, I walked in to find the previous guest's socks still sitting on the bedside table, as shown in picture one. It made me seriously doubt if they even cleaned it properly. The hotel's swimming pool is an Instagram hotspot, but because it's outsourced, the actual experience was a zero. There are no lockers! The entire changing room is as small as shown in picture two – that's it! The floor was covered in water and trash, and no one was cleaning it. There were no towels unless you paid 10 yuan for a disposable one, and no slippers unless you paid another 12 yuan. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no local specialties. Compared to other state guesthouses like the Wuxi Taihu Hotel, Nanjing Dongjiao Guesthouse, or Wuhan Donghu Hotel, the breakfast here was basically on par with a county government guesthouse. All in all, it's absolutely not worth the price. Booking the Zhijin Hotel was definitely the biggest regret of my Guizhou trip.

The hotel also provides complimentary tea tables for guests to chat and enjoy tea. Sitting in the courtyard in the evening is quite relaxing. Service: The hotel staff is attentive and helpful, and any issues were promptly resolved. Accommodation: The cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and family-friendly, without feeling cramped. The value for money is excellent. Overall, the value is excellent and highly recommended.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation; the subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the smart toilet and Xiaodu voice control were a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with freshly cooked wontons and local specialties being a pleasant surprise. Special praise goes to Xiao Wang at the front desk; he not only upgraded our room for free but also patiently recommended nearby attractions. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is arguably the best hotel in Baili Dujuan. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite substantial. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The temperature here is pleasant in summer, making it a great escape from the heat. In the evenings, you can relax by reading in the central garden or having some tea and browsing on your phone in the hotel lobby. Oh, and there are even concerts in the evening, which is a nice option if you want to let loose a bit.

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!

A perfect trip is inseparable from good accommodation conditions. This trip is not only picturesque. The B&B we booked was also very good. The beautiful hostess took the trouble to answer my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there was basically no cold water and hot water. It was great. I will choose this place again to see the azaleas next year.
