GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and breakfast was great too. The room was very clean and quiet. I loved that there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, just like at quick-service hotels abroad. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us a small gift of Qiaomi rice, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were always gentle-voiced and smiling. It was truly wonderful. I suggested they make the lobby smell nice, like hotels overseas, and they were very grateful and receptive! That was also a good sign! It would be even better if the value for money was higher during holidays. I hope the hotel continues to improve. I'll definitely stay here every time I come back.

The location is in the urban area of Jingmen. The view from the high floors is very good and the rooms are relatively large. Although it is at the junction of the downtown area, the sound insulation is very good and the rest is not affected at all. It is a very good experience!

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

One person sells goods and sells experience projects. 5.1 There are many people, too busy, impatient, we understand, and I don't laugh. Before I got the milk, you shouted at others, one by one asked if you gave money, I heard, I know that the sheep to give money, but I don't know that the milking and the sheep to give two money, and I put the children to the lamb to feed the milk, you stand in the sales booth that voice directly shout to us...: ”You have to pay for the sheep” to pay for the sheep, feed the milk, but the ~ can stand there to feed, there are a total of 3 sheep that can be fed, the male staff who feed the milk are watching everyone feed everywhere, and they don't say anything... The project rules are not clearly stated in advance, The staff did not communicate... When she waited for the car, she poured water at the door and splashed it on the children. The children washed their hands. She then washed the tube with a grievance and took the tube. I really squinted Q... The black-faced person worked hard not to be the front desk, Give me an i popular smile 😭 The children's most anticipated milking did not play, saying that the cow was sick...hey, it's really blue and thin ☹️

I was actually amaze by the service , they actually care alot about the customers they help me with everthing that even when its not part of the service , the Hotel enviaroment is suitable for travalers who came for bineses in the city of Jingmen the Hotel is located in a silence place , i recomend it ❤️.
