This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay.

This kind of hotel is really good in the mainland. The service details are very good. I invited friends for lunch and dinner in the hotel. The service in the Chinese restaurant was really good and enthusiastic. It is really amazing that a hotel in a prefecture-level city can provide such service at such a high price. I've never seen a hotel with so many extra charges. If you want a decent hairdryer, you have to stay in a 1000+ RMB suite. Rooms under 1000+ RMB only come with the oldest hairdryers. Bathrobes in the room cost an additional 20 RMB each. To enter the hot spring center, you have to pay extra, even though the hotel states that the pool and kids' play area are inside the hot spring center – you still need to pay to get in. Once inside, you're required to wear a uniform, but you have to buy it separately, and the matching socks also cost extra. What's more, the women's pools in the hot spring center were empty. Some pools in the lobby, like the fish therapy pool, also require an additional fee, and both adults and children need to pay separately. Of course, food and drinks are extra too. Basically, once you check into this hotel, you'll be constantly paying for things, one after another. Even emergency items like swimming rings by the pool cost extra. With so many charges, you'd expect good service, but there were no lifeguards by the pool, although there was always a staff member watching over the paid fish therapy pool. People were constantly smoking indoors, and the whole air was filled with second-hand smoke. The air conditioning wasn't on, so everyone felt stuffy. In the rest area, people were playing loud audio on their phones, making it impossible to relax. The buffet was so bad I wouldn't eat there again. Overall, the hotel environment is new and comfortable, and the room cleanliness and service are good. However, the constant, step-by-step charges really dampen the mood. All in all, I hope hotels in my hometown improve and optimize, so as not to waste such good facilities.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

Experience communication with different people, this hotel is very good location, the parking lot is very large, now moved to a place very close to the hotel, the room environment is very good, clean, hands on the table can not wipe the dust, the cleaning waiter is very dedicated, the service is good, and free water delivery, I asked for more disposable towels at the time, and they readily agreed. They also took the initiative to help me connect to the wifi. It was very considerate. When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I parked the car in the yard of the municipal party committee. I was sure if it was the place I said, and finally confirmed it again. I only understood that this place was originally, and overall it was very good. After I came, I decided to stay at this hotel. The note car can be arranged. People have a place to live. The environment is also good, clean, OK, very good.

The room is quite big as a whole, not bad for a friend, the friend said it was quite big, because it was too much for one night, just set it casually, okay, health is OK, the price is quite high

The room is large and well equipped. But 1. It is not recommended to put a fabric sofa, because unlike the sheets and quilts that can be replaced every day, the dirty cloth guests feel bad. 2. The kettle may have been boiled before or something, there are eggshells! There are attachments at the bottom! It is difficult to grasp repeat customers without strict control. 3.
