GGuest UserAtour Hotel is consistently excellent. The lobby is clean, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady at this location was particularly enthusiastic. When my child was crying while taking medicine, she even gave them a small gift, which the child loved and immediately stopped crying! 😆😆😆 Next time I come to Pinghu, I'll definitely stay at this Atour Hotel again. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but the scenery in Pinghu is also beautiful 😊

MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

Second, the hotel cleaners were cleaning and chatting at the opposite door early in the morning, which affected my rest.
Third, the parking fee was still charged when I left after registering the license plate at the front desk.

當然，作為住宿的核心，乾淨整潔是底線，而這家酒店做得堪稱典範。無論是地板、衞生間還是床品，都看不到一絲污漬，光腳踩在地毯上也覺得很放心。每一層都有的洗衣房大大提高了我們的便利，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜無夢到天亮，為我們第二天的行程儲備了滿滿的精力。總結來説，從守時的接送、熱情的前台，到寬敞的房間、愜意的陽台，再到無可挑剔的衞生，這家酒店的每一個環節都做到了極致。它不僅僅是一個歇腳的住所，更是旅途中一個温馨的港灣。我毫不猶豫地將它推薦給所有追求品質與細節的朋友，下次再來，這裏必定是我的不二之選！

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

The fly in the ointment is that the cleaning aunt may be a little negligent, there is a obvious hole in the bath towel, affecting the experience; and the booked audio-visual room, the first night found that the projector was bad, although the follow-up processing after contacting the front desk, but the original film viewing plan was still disrupted. If the hotel can strengthen the inspection of items during cleaning, carefully overhaul key facilities such as projectors before check-in, the experience will be more perfect, and overall it is worth recommending ～

The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and the hygiene conditions are also very good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping centers around, and the transportation is also very convenient. The breakfast was very rich, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads and drinks, which met my taste needs. All in all I was very impressed with this hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family.

GGuest UserI was worried that the facilities of the old hotel would be too shabby. After moving in, I felt great. The hotel is on Jiulong Mountain and the environment is very beautiful. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is rich, parking is convenient, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. It is a very suitable place for vacation and travel.

MM51923****The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!
