After reporting the problem with the customer service, we immediately helped us split into two rooms for the second night. The bed was enough to sleep, the bed was very comfortable, and the family praised it! Thanks again to Xia Yi's customer service for letting us live in the favorite room after the second night. I was very nice! Rongcheng Sea is beautiful and the price is low! I recommend everyone to come to Rongcheng to play here!

The price was indeed a bit high for the summer season, but we still booked it. However, the facilities for over 600 yuan a night were really inadequate. The washing machine was a cheap one, and the drain pipe kept leaking out by itself. It couldn't empty the bucket completely after each wash, forcing me to get up in the middle of the night to run the spin cycle again. We were exhausted from playing, and having to get up at night to fix the washing machine was exhausting. Plus, the washing machine kept beeping for some reason! The next day, because we washed two extra people's hair, the water from the hot water heater turned cold. I couldn't possibly wait in the bathroom for the water to boil while bathing the two kids, could I? And the hot water ran out after just one extra child's hair – I've never experienced anything like this before. After we finished, we told the landlord, and they came to check, but I had already taken a cold shower. The experience was really unpleasant! The air conditioning had to be set extremely low to feel cool. The TV was a projector, but because of the bunk beds blocking the view, the projection was crooked, but the kids could still see it.

The owners and their parents at this guesthouse were incredibly kind. They not only provided us with a room, but also went out of their way to take care of everything for us; I felt so embarrassed! The environment was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We even went to the market to buy seafood, and they prepared tableware and a table for us, and even started a fire to steam the seafood for us. They also had homegrown fruits and vegetables in the backyard for us to eat, and they even gave my child popsicles. The guesthouse also had kittens; the owner's mother is very kind and feeds stray cats, adopting those abandoned by others. Having kittens added so much joy for my child. The attention to detail was excellent; the rooms were spotless, and they even provided disinfectant spray. Friends, if you're visiting Rongcheng, Weihai, you absolutely must check this place out! I highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.

I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Had a great stay.

Parking is convenient for self-driving tours. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the enthusiasm, seriousness and efficiency of the lobby staff. The room was spacious and clean, with 6 bottles of free drinking mineral water, and the service was sincere! The breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, it was cost-effective.

Environment: You can watch the tide ebb and flow right from your bed, and the beach is just outside. There's also a free private parking lot, so parking is very convenient. We had a great family trip here! 🌊 The B&B is located right inside the Jinshawan Art Park, so the sea is literally right outside the door. The sunset in the evening was absolutely beautiful. It's also super convenient for getting to Chengshantou and Shendiaoshan by car. We even got an upgrade to a sea-view room for one night, and the ocean views were spectacular. The staff were very attentive. Downstairs, there's a rocky beach where we could do some simple clam digging, and the kids had a blast climbing around on the rocks.

The GSM (Guest Service Manager) was excellent! Initially, we were given the wrong room (we booked a sea-view room but got a garden view). However, they actively communicated and negotiated with us, eventually upgrading us to a better room type, along with welcome fruits and homemade yogurt. The upgraded suite was great – spacious, well-equipped, and with a fantastic sea view 👍🏻
