AAnonymous UserSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

CCecilia.LoThe location is perfect for short stay or need to transit to other places by train. The room size is ok and I am very happy with it. Private parking is a highlight. Very easy to access with clear instructions. We could access to the hotel directly from the basement parking. Staffs were helpful too.

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying with you. The hotel was well located (bus stops nearby). Easy access to our room, where you met our expectations (extra bed for our 15-month-old daughter). We really enjoyed our stay; the air conditioning was excellent in this heat.
However, the occasional power outage wasn't as pleasant.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

EEffyOhhIt was a very nice hotel and well located. Good points for the location which is super close to the train station and the city center ! Room is small but clean and comfortable. Only issues is that the walls are very thin so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear everything going on on your floor.
We didn't have the breakfast because it wasn't worth it according to the picture we were shown.

Extremely disappointing breakfast for the price of 14 euros. There are little things to eat in sugar. No natural yawns, no herb syrup, no four-quarters, madlaws, or bricks ...
In addition, it was missing everything and in the event of a stream there was absolutely nothing to eat. Some people waited for almost 20 minutes to have it only a growing one.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

SSeanHSThe clerks on the morning shift and the evening shift are all very friendly and willing to communicate and inform about nearby supermarket facilities and so on.
The environment is very average, just enough for one night's sleep.
Being able to walk to Ikea next door was an unexpected bonus.
The breakfast croissant was delicious.
