Amazing
DDarrenwiltThe hotel was very central so parking wasn't great. We had to park in a multi-storey car park which wasn't ideal. The main good points was that the staff were exceptional. Always friendly, always smiling. Congratulations to all the staff on this. I felt the hotel had a friendly, hostel feel, with a pool table in the lobby/bar area. Would definitely recommend to people on Leisure trips. I was on a business trip so the rooms were a little dark, which made it difficult. The beds were very comfy and I had a great night sleep. Thankyou to all the staff for making us so welcome
JJourneyman TravellerArrived about 10pm due to a delayed flight. The young man on reception was courteous and polite. After hearing my tale of woe about my day, he immediately upgraded my room, something which I thoroughly appreciated.
My stay was relatively short, but in the ten hours I spent there, all staff were polite, efficient and approachable.
I'm a fairly hardy solo traveller, so speaking for myself, the location was fine, a five minutes walk from Bristol Bus Station.
All in all, a pleasant stay, no complaints.
BBuzzingtravelerI have to say that I’ve worried in the beginning when I was booking it. Some reviews brought me concerns. However, after I got my room, everything is good enough for the price we paid. I would not say it’s super clean and super nice but it’s good enough for stay. They do daily room cleaning. All the facilities you need are there. Especially the gym and the health centre are amazing. For the price I am paying I would not expect that. The location is perfect. Short walk from the train station and short walk to all the attractions. Makes it easy to in and out. The room I’ve got is also quiet. Overall I would definitely come back again if I ever come to Bristol. This is a highlight of our trip.
GGuest UserOpposite Temple meads station on the main ain road, there is parking but be careful as the entrance is immediately at the end of the building and is not obvious. Night staff were very accommodating and helped with bags.
Breakfast was included and set us up for the day.
SSteven JohnWe were pleased with room, welcome and breakfast and ready to give a good review.
I had booked via the Trip App and paid for a double room for 2 people with breakfast- at checkout a very rude receptionist demanded I pay £29 for two breakfasts and would not accept I’d already in effect paid for breakfast when booking. I showed her the booking confirmation which clearly stated the deal included breakfast - she still asked for payment. I demanded to see the Manager who still was reticent to accept that breakfast had already been paid for…..
Unacceptable.
As a result we were late for a family funeral
GGuest UserEverything seemed very standard issue for a Premier Inn: well located, decent sized room, comfy bed, clean enough, not particularly friendly staff. The problem with this Premier Inn was with the soundproofing, which is normally a strong point of the chain (and why I prefer them over more expensive options). The issue wasn't with exterior noise, but between rooms and even floors. Audible conversations with a maddening amount of door banging shaking the whole room started up pretty early on, making for a rude awakening.
GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
GGuest UserAmazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol
