GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is relatively new! The service is also good! The only problem is that parking costs $40 plus a tip, but you can actually park on the roadside for free, so you can pay attention to this when you check in!

MMin0622Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

GGuest UserThe room faces south. The hotel is in a good location with good sunshine. I stayed for a long time this time and they agreed to waive all parking fees (not cheap). I had to leave the hotel two days in advance because of something. According to the rules, there is no refund. Ctrip customer service helped me communicate and agreed. Room cleaning service is not provided every day unless you ask the front desk. There is no kettle, which is inconvenient for Asians or Chinese. I try to adapt to the local customs, and the store should also be thoughtful and meticulous. Western hotel facilities and services cannot be compared with those in China, but Marriott's brand is still okay.

GGuest UserThis “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
