Very nice! Walked in the front door and the lobby smelled so nice! It was a Friday night and had a musician singing and playing guitar for the dining room guest! So relaxing. Room was spacious spotless and quiet. Great stay and definitely will be back.

SSissyBurlsThe hotel overall was a great experience! The front desk staff was awesome to work with and offered any help when needed! I would give the cleanliness of the hotel 7/10. The room looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool along with the hot tub.

Franklin is so quiet, peaceful and clean. Hotel staff was very kind. Breakfast was better than other similar hotels because they also have chocolate waffles haha

Great for the cost. No lost amenities and clean enough. The shared areas could use a facelift but for the price this hotel is worth it. Rooms are clean and fairly well put together for a longer stay traveler.
