SSissyBurlsThe hotel overall was a great experience! The front desk staff was awesome to work with and offered any help when needed! I would give the cleanliness of the hotel 7/10. The room looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool along with the hot tub.

GGuest UserMy daughters and I stayed at Aloft Nashville for a volleyball tournament. Our stay was wonderful. The young lady at the desk was very kind and very friendly talking to us about her cat and his Instagram page was pretty entertaining. They had a nice little snack packs for us in the morning which included fruit and yogurt and a Nutri-Grain bar and maybe some other items which was nice considering we had to eat and run. Everything was clean and everyone was wearing their mask so it was really a good trip for us and they even let us have a late check out.

GGuest UserWe were in Nashville for a graduation from a local university and the staff was very friendly and would joke with us because she graduated from its rival university! All in fun! Great smiles! Definitely would stay again!
