We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature.

The small courtyard is very design, the room is very clean, and the equipment and facilities are all available. The boss is very enthusiastic and interesting. We have many common topics, from talking about pets, talking about the World Cup to talking about entrepreneurship, and the emotional value is full. Next time I come to the slate town, I will be the main here. I should live for a few days to experience it enough. It is worth mentioning that the boss cooks a good dish, delicious and delicious.

The room in the homestay is very clean, it is the cleanest homestay I have ever stayed in. The first time I came to Linzhou, I met the owner of the homestay, which made me feel that the world has its own true feelings. There are still many good people in the world.

Dongluyuan Hotel had been on my wishlist for a long time, and this time I finally visited the Taihang Mountains with my friends and stayed at this beautifully designed hotel. The hotel's design clearly demonstrates the designer's fusion of humanity and nature, South and North, East and West. Nestled at the foot of the Taihang Mountains, it incorporates the mountain scenery into its landscape; the ubiquitous slate is a testament to its rural roots; pavilions and flowing water cleverly blend with the southern garden style; the Western restaurant combines with the courtyard's orchard, rockery, and earthen kiln, adding a touch of European style. With such a beautiful view, I initially thought the food would be mediocre, but Dongluyuan's dining truly impressed us. Local ingredients combined with the chef's fusion cuisine skills resulted in two days of trying various dishes on the menu, all of which were delightful surprises! The Chinese restaurant was particularly outstanding! The Western restaurant also had a wonderful atmosphere; the kiln-baked pizza oven was perfectly heated, and the pizza crust was perfectly fermented—better than many chain restaurants! The service was impeccable, with attentive butler service. All our needs were met quickly, and the gentle attitude made us feel very comfortable. The room offers stunning views of the Taihang Mountains and Taihang Pavilion. If I had to make a suggestion, I'd appreciate a separate shower and toilet area in the bathroom, a humidifier for winter, and a chair and small table on the balcony – such a beautiful view would be perfect for two people to enjoy tea together. I highly recommend the Linzhou Shanhua Haishu Hotel! The environment here is absolutely stunning, nestled away in the Shibanyuan town, far from the madding crowd. It's elegantly designed for families, with breathtaking mountain and wilderness views everywhere you look. The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the staff are polite and respond very promptly. They even kindly provide seasonal fruits. The room facilities are comprehensive, the balcony offers an incredibly expansive view, and the tatami design is cozy and inviting. With smart controls, it's convenient and practical, making the stay experience top-notch. The hygiene is impeccable and spotless, with a fresh change of linens for every guest. The toiletries are of excellent quality, and the bathroom has no unpleasant odors. Every detail truly shows their dedication.

Facilities: Excellent! Service: The owner helped plan the driving route: In the afternoon, we went towards Jingdi Village, and there were students sketching along the way (see picture 4); there was a restaurant right across the street! Environment: They upgraded our room!

Originally booked a basic room type, but after arriving at the store, the boss directly helped us upgrade to the viewing room, and also intimately introduced the surrounding food and play guides. The upgraded room is really amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows can see the mountain view in the distance, the night is very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The overall decoration of the homestay is very stylish and the atmosphere is full. The sanitation is spotless, all equipped with disposable supplies, and the details are full. High cost performance, highly recommended to friends who want to come here to relax!

Staying in the off-season, I turned on the floor heating and air conditioning, and took me to Gaojiatai Village to play, thank you very much. The Grand Canyon in winter is relatively deserted, but the mountains are still beautiful when the weather is good. Outside normal attractions, it is recommended to climb Luban Huo, Taihang Tianlu can walk three kilometers in front, and the villages and terraces on the cliff side are very distinctive.
