"Not even a welcoming bottle of water. No tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was meager with very few choices. Water for tea in breakfast area was more like lukewarm than hot water. The pillows and mattress in the room were so soft it cannot support your body, you just sank into the bed. It was impossible to program the TV. Weak wifi for guests who are not members. The only good thing about this hotel is its location."

"This was such a fabulous place to stay! Only regret is that we found t stay longer. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Beautiful location. Beach access was brilliant. Pool and hot tub were amazing. You have to visit Tasha at the pool bar. She’s an absolute gem of a person and bartender. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again."

"The hotel’s location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach. The staff was generally helpful and willing to assist guests, which I appreciated. However, there’s a significant issue with parking. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces, and although there are five spots directly in front of the property, the valet staff blocks them off to avoid walking across the avenue to the main parking area. The hotel also seems to be undergoing renovations or repairs, making it difficult to reach the reception and inconvenient to move around the premises. As for the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We spent two uncomfortable nights in the heat, constantly sweating, and my 9-year-old child kept waking up throughout the night due to the temperature. In the bathroom, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap were all heavily diluted with water. While I understand these are free amenities, I still believe it’s worth mentioning. By the way, I recommend the restaurant; it's excellent."
