"From the moment we walked in late at night due to a flight delay, we were greeted by steve the night reception, what a friendly guy. Room and entire hotel was kept spotlessly clean, very modern inside. Pool and poolbar were great, pool not overcrowded, plenty of beds, young lads working round the tables and pool were so helpful and polite, great range of food and drink, I'm trying to find anything negative to say, but I can't, if you stay here you will have a great holiday."

"Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design."

Nammos Sunset ★★★
"Honest review of our recent stay . Minimum stay three nights was far too long for this very basic accomodation. No tea /coffee, no bottle of water. Two mugs ,two knives ,two forks etc. Very minimal provision for self catering. Booked through HHotels which stated beach towels, bottle of wine and fruit on arrival plus bathrobes and slippers. None of these are provided. This description now taken down. Spoke to representative, sensitive to our needs but no resolution until day before departure.Unhappy as also had a celebration head office did not acknowledge. Offered three course meal at nearby resteraunt, including drinks,no restrictions mentioned . Went to resteraunt and explained before meal that we had a table booked by HHotels. They too didnot no of any restriction. Ordered a salad to share a main meal to share and two chocolate cake plus wine and a couple of beers. Shortly before departing pseramos visited resteraunt to be told that they had been informed that HHotels would only pay them a percentage of the bill. We therefore had to pay the outstanding amount. We did this so that the owner was not out of pocket but very bad behaviour by HHotels. We were given an upstairs seaview room dispute request for downstairs accommodation as I have mobility problems. They cost the same as the downstairs ground floor room but these have no outside space or window. Downstairs have a large patio area two sunbeds an umbrella and a table and chairs. The upstairs accommodation should be discounted as it is a communal walkway with nowhere to sit Obviously nowhere to store sunbeds etc. All downstairs accommodation have sunbeds which they can pull out onto beach, but some don't and use the ones already out on beach for residents . In total 7 sunbeds on beach. This equates to one sunbed for each of the 7 upstairs rooms that sleep at least two people. No storage facility for these. When sixteen boats come in to the island each day taking 250 passengers these are taken by none residents and they are almost sat on top of you. They came on the beach for days use the sunbeds to sleep on and put hammocks so close to you it is unbearable. 100 euro per night . Very overpriced. HHotels also have another complex on pseramos ,you can use the pool and the bar but you cannot use the sunbeds even if they are all empty. It is policed by staff.Very much a second class citizen at the nammos sunset."

Pserimos Villas ★★★
"I would have given a 4 but there is a lack of sttention here. Many things that each is small but altogether it becomes bigger. Cleanliness of the room is not the best and I had to clean the wardrobe before I could put my clothes there. There are small ants everywhere in the room, even in the bed. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. Had to ask for a pool towel though I would’ve expected that to be given to everyone. Equipment in kitchen is not impressive. Pool area is really nice and the pool is quite big. There are lots of sunbeds around the pool but the problem is it’s never quiet. There is a bunch of kids that I think are local, at least they speak Greek. They are playing and shouting all day every day. Relaxing and for example reading a book is not possible. I have been here almost a week now and I haven’t seen any adults in the staff around except for the gardener. The woman who picked us up at the boat have been invisible all week and she seemed to be some sort of manager. The pool bar is attended by young girls no more than 16 probably and they don’t really know what they’re doing. Pserimos is a very relaxing place. I like it here very much but this hotel is simply not worth the money. In the same time there is no other hotel I would rather be in because this is the only one with a pool area."

"The hotel is beautifully located, you can walk straight into the center. We had rooms with a harbor view which was very good, the beds were fine, but the bathroom is outdated and was difficult with the shower in the bath. Breakfast was very good. Definitely will come back."

Imperial Hotel ★★★
"Back to Kos Town for 3rd time, first time at Imperial. Lovely spacious hotel with a pool that always seemed to have available sun beds as no one put towels out at dawn! Good location for Kos town, restaurants, harbour and old town Lots of outside seating for lunches and drinks. The bar staff Michael and Zoe and quiet young lad were very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was the same each day but with plenty of choice and the young lady who ran it was so friendly with a bubbly personality. The only small negative was our room - we knew that the rooms were on the small side, but you don’t spend much time in them other than sleeping, however we do like a balcony for relaxing on and room 101 had a small balcony looking out over the scruffy concrete area with flats directly across a small road, our next door neighbour’s balcony had a view directly into our bedroom and we could see into theirs. Overall a pleasant enough stay, but if you’re fussy about your balcony be sure to make your wishes known when booking."

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and good air conditioning in the room which was very much appreciated! Our flight out had been delayed so instead of arriving at 9pm it was midnight before we got to the hotel. The staff were welcoming and the bar was still open which was just what we needed! The bar tender was also very friendly and always waved when he saw us. The breakfast each morning was good (self service buffet) and there was always a couple of sun beds by the pool late afternoon when we liked to go for a swim. The hotel is central to the town with its tavernas and supermarkets close to hand and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our room was at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet with a view of the mountains and sea in the distance and the balcony in the shade during the afternoon which was ideal. All in all a lovely week in a lovely place."

"The hotel is exactly as you see it on the photos. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool, we upgraded after booking and glad we did. The room was spacious, very clean on arrival and set up with everything you could need including flip flops, robes, slippers, beach bag and water. There's a kettle and expresso machine along with a range of coffee and tea. The bed was super comfy. The waterfall shower was really good with a constant supply of hot water. It's only a few minutes walk to the port, there's a bus stop at the port or round the corner from the hotel close to the taxi rank. We used the bus a few times, travelling to Myrtiles. We also went to Telendos a few times, don't miss it, it's beautiful. If you want to stay near the port we'd highly recommend this hotel. The staff are lovely, couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was yummy."
