"The hotel's location is super convenient, great for visiting the ancient city and Tianmen. It's also right by the Muslim Quarter, where you can find amazing beef soup and local specialties. Plus, the owner (or manager, not sure if 'secretary' is a mistranslation here, but the context implies owner/manager) was incredibly kind! They not only upgraded us to a bigger room but also gave us beautiful fridge magnets when we left. It really warmed our hearts, haha. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Luoyang. And that 'lazy' sofa in the room? Perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day – so good!"

"The hotel has a fantastic design. Having only been open for two years, it feels very new and has no unpleasant odors whatsoever; it's very fresh. The public areas are incredibly photogenic, perfect for snapping some great pictures, and the rooms are just as stunning with their harmonious color schemes. From the room, you can see Luoyang's city balcony, and they even provide complimentary iron beads for kids to play with. In the summer heat, whenever you return, the front desk always has cold drinks available, which is a huge plus. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely choose Ovus Hotel again on my next visit to Luoyang."

"Right outside the high-speed rail station, I immediately spotted the purple sign for the shuttle. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded my room. It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel lobby had activities like sachet making. The mini-bar offered afternoon tea, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and bright. The bathroom was quite spacious with a great wet/dry separation. Don't miss out on the hotel breakfast; it's definitely worth the price."

"Environment: Very good. The location is easy to find, near Yingtiangate, and it's easy to get a taxi. Facilities: They have robots and an elevator, which is great. We chose a two-bedroom, one-living room suite, and room 301 had a huge full-length mirror, which I loved. Service: We arrived at 2 PM and were told our booked room type wasn't ready, so they gave us a king-size room and said we could use it normally. The front desk staff spoke softly and gently, which was very kind. This will be my first choice next time I visit Luoyang!"

"After looking at many hotels, I finally chose Luoshen Hotel. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few hundred meters from Yingtiangate, so a walk to see the night view in the evening feels like a post-dinner stroll. Right across the street, you'll find famous local Luoyang delicacies. My absolute favorite was the 'Head Pot Beef Soup' paired with their beef pies – absolutely divine! The hotel is also not far from other famous attractions in Luoyang; the furthest, White Horse Temple, was only a 20-minute taxi ride. Now, about the hotel facilities: they have everything you could possibly need, and the quality is reliable. Whatever you can think of, they've got it covered. They've prepared everything a traveler could want. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The separate design of the bathroom and shower room was a huge plus for our family room! The bedding was excellent too, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was also surprisingly good; we couldn't hear any noise from outside or the neighboring rooms at night. The front desk also offers a wide variety of drinks, and I particularly enjoyed their homemade coffee. The ladies at the front desk were all beautiful and enthusiastic; they were always happy to help with any requests we had. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will definitely choose Luoshen again! 😄"
