If you're looking for a good option, I'd recommend it – the value for money is pretty decent too."

The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. The room was also very clean, tidied up nicely, and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic and always helped us with our luggage. Before we left, she even gave us flower cakes! If I ever come back to Luoyang, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"The hotel has excellent amenities, including a wet/dry bathroom, a desk, a sofa, and a refrigerator. It was really pleasant to dine and have tea in the room. From our scenic room, we had a view of Jiuzhou Pond, as well as the Tiantang and Mingtang sites. The hygiene was top-notch; our room was cleaned daily during our extended stay, and they provided plenty of bottled water. There's a convenience store nearby for essentials, and a Wanda Plaza is just a 10-minute walk away, offering plenty of dining options. Delivery food is also an option, brought right to your room by a delivery robot. The hotel service was outstanding; they granted a late check-out and even provided a bottle opener upon request. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice. Luoyang was wonderful, and this hotel helped us create beautiful travel memories!"

"The guesthouse owners were very hospitable and provided excellent service. The location was also great, right inside Lijing Gate, but on a side street, so it was completely quiet. The only minor issue, which I'm not sure if it can be improved, was the soundproofing of the bathroom pipes; I could constantly hear the flushing or running water from upstairs. Also, using the air conditioner as heating took a long time to warm up; I had to wear all my thick clothes to fall asleep at night. In winter, installing small electric heaters in the rooms might be a good idea."
