"Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!"

"Parking is extremely convenient, right underground with direct elevator. We stayed in a 2 adult 1 child room and it was really big. The washroom was very spacious as well. We especially loved the free unlimited sparkling water on the ground floor. Ourdoor breakfast was very pleasant."

The room is very basic but functional and the single bed is in a wooden environment which limits the movements in the night. "The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. Best regards, Sabine Innerkofler"
