However, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which meant the elevator was out of service. Getting to my room involved a long, winding walk, which was quite confusing."

Taking a morning walk by the lake, watching the geese rise and fall, and breathing in the fresh air was simply wonderful. The staff were also very welcoming; they were always willing to drive you to the front desk. The hotel is quite large."

"Starbucks is right across from the lobby. There's a small path behind the restaurant so you don't have to follow Google Maps and go around in circles. The restaurant doesn't have an elevator, so staying on the second floor is a bit inconvenient. The location is far from the city center, so you need to drive to the city."

Basic bathroom facilities were complete, and water pressure was stable. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and basic amenities. The wooden furniture gave it a cozy cabin feel, and the attention to detail showed how well it's maintained. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the towels were soft and clean, offering a practical yet comfortable style overall. ✨ Overall Impression: The service was warm and efficient, from check-in to pet services, everything was thoughtful. The value for money is outstanding among hotels in Jasper. Whether traveling with family or with a pet, it's a reliable and warm place to stay during a Rocky Mountain trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"It is 2km away from the town of Jasper, like a resort. If you choose a standard room, like a guest house. Choosing a cabin is really great. The hut has a hob to cook for yourself, with underfloor heating and a fireplace. But driving in after dark is very dangerous. There is no trace of light + roadside stone. It is very dangerous for self-driving, and my car is scratched."

"My last stop before heading home was in Jasper. I didn't have high expectations, so I wasn't disappointed. The hotel itself wasn't perfect, but it didn't have many flaws either. I'd say Jasper feels more like a transit point than a destination in itself."

"Despite arriving early at the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating to allow us to check in. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. It was a wise decision to stay here for our jasper trip."

"Whilst the room was clean the interior was shabby with worn out surfaces, the suite itself was quite large whilst the bathroom was ridiculously small hardly any room on the basin surface to put your toiletries, also the layout wasn’t good the bedroom was adjacent to the front door and hallway so you could hear every time someone walked by, you could hear the next door room clearly and in the middle of the night pipes started banging! When I mentioned it to the receptionist she replied the pipes are old sorry, On the plus side the bed was comfortable, if I ever had the opportunity to visit Jasper again I’d stay in a nicer hotel."

"I tried booking the Whistler Hotel online during the National Day holiday, but it was always fully booked. It took several days of refreshing the page to finally find a room, which I quickly booked. Although it's a hotel, it was quite clean, with good bathroom facilities and a coffee machine. We stayed on the second floor, with a view of the street from our window, and there were recreational facilities downstairs. The hotel has designated parking; you can ask the front desk for directions."
