The front desk staff were very patient, and when we misplaced something, the housekeeping team promptly updated us. It was genuinely a wonderful experience. There are plenty of activities for children, including a petting zoo and grass-sliding. The tent cabins are incredibly atmospheric and perfect for photos, and there were no mosquitoes – the hotel handled everything brilliantly."
