The room was incredibly clean and fresh, with no strange odors. The service was absolutely superb, from the front desk to the restaurant staff – everyone was so helpful. I loved the smart toilet, and having Xiao Ai control the lights was a cool touch. For anyone staying in Donghai, this is definitely the hotel to choose! I stayed with my child and felt completely at ease. I forgot to take pictures this time, but I'll be sure to next time I stay!

The service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

The room was clean and tidy. Takeout could be delivered to the room door by a robot. There was free parking and charging stations in the courtyard. Both the front desk and room service staff were friendly and helpful. The room was soundproof, and the air conditioning started heating up in about 7-8 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and all dishes had a keep-warm setting, so you didn't have to worry about the food getting cold. It was also very convenient to walk to the high-speed rail station. Overall, a very good experience.
