"The location is incredibly convenient; the hotel is directly connected to the high-speed rail and bus stations on the ground floor. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant had a great view. Plus, there's a free rooftop onsen, which was a pleasant surprise! Although the room was small, it was very clean and the facilities were new. The hotel staff were patient and friendly, providing excellent service. Overall, I was very satisfied!"

In the common area, there are lockable lockers, a coffee machine, a microwave, and dispensers for hot and cold water, plus charging outlets. It was a perfect stopover for us after exploring the nearby area, allowing us to fully rest in this comfortable and pleasant environment while waiting for the hotel's shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station."

However, I have to give it a low rating because the hotel is located right next to a railway underpass. There's a loud, rumbling train noise passing by all day and night."

"For its cheap price it's really good! The amenities were in my case perfect. Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, robe, towels. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my boyfriend and on the second day I wasn't feeling well so we decided to stay inside and there was a cleaning service provided but unfortunately it was only from 10 am to 12pm so we did decline but they told us to put the towels outside and they'll leave new ones by the door! They were all so kind, the room was nice and cool and I really loved the atmosphere 🫶🏼 10/10 experience The bathroom is kind of small but it's pretty good for it's price. I'm definitely a satisfied customer"
