"It is very close to the center of Delft and is very convenient to walk. It is suitable for business and travel. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and friendly. There are also bicycles for rent. The room is not very big, but very comfortable. It is a highly recommended hotel. I will go there again next time I have the opportunity!"

"Lovely hotel, fantastic location, 5 minutes from the station, a few minutes from the city center, everything is within walking distance. The only downside of the hotel is that it's quite noisy, but that didn't spoil our enjoyment. We've now stayed here twice, once in a double room and once in a quadruple room. Both rooms were tidy, clean, with a mini-fridge, hairdryer, and shampoo. The beds were also good. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall the hotel was generally clean and in a great location, with a lovely view of the canal from the room. The shower was powerful and the room itself was comfortable, but some design choices were impractical — the bedside table made of stacked books looked quirky but offered no usable space. The in‑room drinks setup really let things down. There was only a coffee machine, and the hot water wasn’t hot enough for tea. The only tea options were green tea and Earl Grey, which felt limited. A kettle would have been far more practical. Milk and cups weren’t restocked when the room was cleaned, which added to the frustration. Check‑in felt unwelcoming, which was a shame given how good the location is. With a few improvements to service and basic amenities, the stay could be much better."

"Location was a bit far from centre but it was ok for us as we rented a car and there is free parking. Good size gym with a sauna which is good. However, service is disappointing: we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, requesting for rooms next to one another months ahead. However, we were assigned rooms on different floors which was very inconvenient for us as a family. Also we bought some choco bars one evening but were told that we could not eat them in the lobby! I just cannot fathom why you cannot eat choco bars in your own hotel lobby! Not happy with the service…"

"The hotel is in a stunning part of Delft. The studio was roomy and spacious. Breakfast was not great and the service was poor too. I asked for a late check out only one hour or even thirty minutes later and was told I would be charged for the time and was also told it wasn’t possible as they needed to clean the room. Not sure what was the reason. Just seemed inflexible. "

"The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the city hall. We live in the annex, Loft Studio room, with a simple refrigerator, pool, electric stove and refrigerator, very convenient. Very clean and fun. Check in and check out, the time can not be too early or too late, check your itinerary before booking."
