"Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out, nice complimentary touches in the room, and free water. The shower was wonderful, with great shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. We appreciated that our room had an opening window. The hotel is close to the city center and opposite the train station. We were given a room on the top floor with a beautiful view."

"The hotel is right in front of Delft train station, so travelling is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, but ghe toilet in my room sometimes got an annoying smell. Unluckily the bathroom in my room no not have the glass door to separate the shower, so the floor is very wet and slippery"

"Location was a bit far from centre but it was ok for us as we rented a car and there is free parking. Good size gym with a sauna which is good. However, service is disappointing: we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, requesting for rooms next to one another months ahead. However, we were assigned rooms on different floors which was very inconvenient for us as a family. Also we bought some choco bars one evening but were told that we could not eat them in the lobby! I just cannot fathom why you cannot eat choco bars in your own hotel lobby! Not happy with the service…"
