"The room was great! There can't be service if no one is at the counter. This place is so confusing. Indigo has one side and everyone has to check in there. No one is on the Holiday Inn Express side. Let's just say lots of walking and trying to figure out where to go good luck! The free breakfast was just ok. If they gave me a room credit I would stay here again, they at least owe that. Parking is a rip off, almost $50 per night!!"

"This hotel has so many intangibles. Being a boutique the experience feels very tailored and relaxing. I could spend all day at the pool but there is so much within walking distance to take advantage of. I'm so glad we had my wife's birthday here and had friends from out of town to join us. Because of the location, clean sophisticated style, and attention to detail I would classify it as a premiere downtown experience for those looking to soak up all that downtown Austin has to offer."

"Booked a two-night stay at the Citizen M Hotel in Austin on Trip.com , the hotel is conveniently located in the core area of the city. The lobby is on the second floor, an open space that integrates reception hall, book bar, bar and co-office functions. It is full of design and full of artistic atmosphere. Check-in and check-out are self-service. The interior of the room is equipped with modern intelligent control system, and all the facilities in the room can be controlled by the tablet by the bed, with a modern and artistic atmosphere. The disadvantage is that the room is small; The hotel does not have a parking lot. I booked the opposite Indeed Tower basement for two nights for $75; I asked for the second bath towel towel. The hotel asked us to throw the one we wanted to change underground. It felt a little unhygienic. We still threw it in the shower."

"Amazing hotel if you’re staying in Austin. Clean, well appointed and with a rooftop pool and bar. Only drawback was paying $61 a night for parking in a super tight garage which deducted some stars."

"The hotel was quite new, so everything was fresh and clean. The location is about 15 mins slow walk to the main part of ”East 6th”, it was doable at night(we did twice arond pm after dinner) but of course like in all cities always be aware of your surroundings. A short ride takes you to Downtown and many hot spots. The included breakfast was quite nice, with fresh coffee. The front office team was really helpful. Overall, was v pleased with our stay."

This hotel is very trendy and great for any couples or friend trips as they have a really funky bar right in the lobby, a great snack bar with lots of choices & this is one of the most dog friendly hotels I’ve ever been too in my life! (They even have treats for the fur babies upon arrival) The costumer service was good, front desk is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I wish they had to offer was a movie list to rent new movies! "
