"Regarding the location, it is very convenient to go to the tourist attractions of Hagi in 10 minutes by car, and there is a free bicycle rental in the inn. Regarding the service, I am satisfied with the hospitality of a general inn. I went with an infant, but the floor of the restaurant venue was tatami mats, so I was allowed to sit on tatami mats during meals. Also, when I asked for hot water for milk preparation, he was willing to respond. The dinner was very large and the quality of the dishes was a large amount of cooking, but I was able to enjoy a lot of fugu dishes. Especially the fugu sashimi was delicious. Basically, I am satisfied, but if I give you a problem, the power of the dryer was very weak, so I thought it would be better to bring a long hair. Another point is that the passage to the restaurant hall is not barrier free but there is a staircase up and down."

"The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious and had a great view from our ocean-facing room. It was within walking distance of Hagi castle town so the location was great. I didn't book a room with meals included in the evening so the front desk staff were very kind and introduced me to lots of delicious restaurants. The bath was also spacious and clean. I took a bath in the open-air bath early in the morning so it was a little cold, but it felt really good. I was surprised at how much breakfast there was, so I couldn't finish it. It was delicious and I was very satisfied, and I'd like to visit this inn again. Thank you for your hospitality."

"The hotel's location, environment, and front desk service were all excellent. However! My child has a habit of sleeping with headphones on. On the first morning, after having breakfast as booked and taking the hotel's 9:00 AM shuttle bus to Higashihagi Station, we suddenly realized that the two earphones in our iPhone's charging case were missing. We then remembered that we had worn them all night and forgotten to put them away when we woke up; they were in the tatami mat. The hotel shuttle had already left, so I had to contact the hotel through the Ctrip booking platform to ”not make the bed.” At the same time, as a mother, I reassured my child, ”Don't worry, the staff will definitely put the earphones on the small table in the room when they clean it. Hotel staff all over the world do that.” In the evening, after a day of sightseeing, we returned to the room and searched everywhere, but the earphones were nowhere to be found! Communicating with the front desk staff yielded no results. Frustrated, we had to continue our stay, and thus, a pair of earphones were lost. The previous night, the bed was made by two South Asian-looking staff and one Japanese-looking staff member. That night, I again observed two Japanese-looking staff members making the bed, carefully observing their procedures. Following this procedure, even the smallest white earphones would have been visible, yet they couldn't see them… The next morning, before leaving the room to get a refund, I took a picture of the bedding I had slept on. The same scene was clear; if any earphones were left behind, they would have been obvious, but their staff couldn't see them… The hotel's location is excellent. If you choose to stay there, be sure to keep your belongings safe!"

"I was able to watch the sunrise 🌅 in a room facing the sea. The room and futon were clean. You can see the sea from the open-air bath. The food was full of seafood. I especially ate the butter-fried abalone while it was still warm. I wondered if I could eat that much, but it was delicious 😋. The staff were all kind and had nice smiles. They spoke to me in a fun way 🎶"
