"I was looking for a hotel that would accommodate three adults in one room over the holidays, and I finally found this one. It reminded me of the motels I stayed in on road trips in the US. While the facilities are undeniably old, the friendly interactions with the front desk staff really added to the travel experience. It was also conveniently located just a short walk from the station, two stops away, and for the Owari Seto Triennale, which is being held there."

"I booked Nihonkan because I had urgent business and don't often use it, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was surprisingly good. It's conveniently located inside a shrine. The place is clean overall, and the front desk staff are friendly. The newspapers and coffee are also good. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. I'd like to use it again."
