The service is very good, but the hardware is a bit unsatisfactory, not as small as the room, the bathroom does not have a bathtub, the bathroom is relatively simple, the towel has a taste of drying without washing. Breakfast is not very rich. But the location is good. Overall: four points

Hands down the most impressive hotel I've stayed at in Buenos Aires! That crystal chandelier in the lobby? Absolutely breathtaking. My room was so spacious I could've thrown a dance party, and soaking in the tub while watching sunset over the Rio de la Plata was pure magic. The staff - perfectly trained, even room service steaks beat those Instagram-famous restaurants. The rooftop infinity pool is a photographer's dream, though those cocktails hurt my wallet (worth it though!)

The hotel is very good and very good price.
The hotel is a 5-star hotel with the most charming Buenos Aires, ideally located in a very pleasant neighborhood.
Les prestations sont au niveau attendu pour ce type d'établissements.
The hotel should still improve the bathing accessories (saipes of shower difficult to use but likely passenger dysfunction, coats and kits of hygiene / bath...) which are good but not at the level of what could have been expected for a further in such a facility.

It’s a small hotel.., but very cozy.
Big room and very good bathroom.
The hotel has two elevators.., and both were working well.
The front desk was very helpful and polite.
The breakfast was very tasty.
There’s a mall (Recoleta Mall) near the hotel (10 minutes by foot from the hotel), with good restaurant options nearby.
I’d definitely stay again..!

The room was very nice, with a large double bed. Breakfast was only available in the room, but was good. Language is an issue if you can't speak Spanish, however, the staff was very understanding, and with the translator app, it was a lot more easier to explain what we needed.
The room 303 which faces the road, was a bit noisy ,due to rubbish collection trucks parking right outside the hotel, and the driver would keep the engine running for nearly 45 to 60 minutes.
The thing that was a bit wrong was that when we checked out, the taxes were collected in cash, ARS pesos, which we were told when booking would be around 4,600, but we were charged nearly 13,000, which was higher than expected

Clean and ok! Come on a business trip, the geography downstairs is very convenient, the car parks directly at the door when taking a taxi, but if you are Friday night, be cautious, there are several small bars downstairs, a bit noisy!
The little brother who carries the luggage is very discerning and will take the initiative to carry the luggage. English barrier-free
Breakfast is OK, it can be good until 10 o'clock at the latest.
150usd on site, see if you want to accumulate IHG accommodation.

The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

The hotel was well-located in the Palermo neighborhood, just a short walk from the Subte. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing a map and outlet converter. The room was nice and was cleaned regularly.
If there was one thing for improvement, it would be the breakfast offerings. There was a lot of bread, ham and cheese croissants, very little fruit, and tiny portions of sweets. The coffee was bad. I ended up going out for breakfast.
The above said, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its service, location, cleanliness, and amenities.

MehmetOzgur DirekciI recently stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriott and had the opportunity to experience both the breakfast and the spa facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options, though expanding the selection would make it even better. I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion.
The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance.
Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.
