"The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, answering all my questions. They even upgraded my room. The mattress was comfortable, and the two pillows, one firm and one soft, were also quite comfortable. The hotel's location is good, with many restaurants nearby and plenty of parking. The soundproofing in the room and hallway was decent. The only downside is the soundproofing of the windows. Near the Red Star Macalline shopping mall, taxis often wait for fares at night, honking their horns loudly when they need to enter or exit. The sound rises between the two buildings, and even with all the windows closed, the sound is as loud as if the windows were open, making life unbearable for residents on higher floors. I thought the higher floors, being away from the street, would be quiet, but the constant barrage of taxi honking, slamming car doors, loud noises, and rain is unbearable. I have to get up early to travel today... I barely slept a wink last night."

This time, I also tried the newly introduced sound bowl healing at the hotel, which made me so relaxed I didn't want to talk throughout the session. Because I needed to rest during the exam, they even allowed me to check out late! The staff in the lobby offered me warm water. If your exam venue is nearby, I highly recommend this hotel!
