I was very satisfied with this hotel, staying for three nights in a row – it was incredibly worthwhile. The environment is fresh, elegant, and uniquely charming with an antique feel. The service was impeccable, including airport shuttle service, welcome fruit, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. As soon as I arrived in Linfen, everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about airport pickup; I was whisked away in a business car directly to the hotel. My room was a standalone unit, and it was incredibly comfortable. In-room amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, a great sound system, Voss mineral water, and tea bags and coffee grounds for self-made beverages. The welcome fruit was exquisite, featuring both fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was different every day, making me eagerly anticipate it – it felt like a personalized bespoke service. Afternoon tea offered coffee and a yogurt bowl, along with homemade egg tarts. For cocktails, there was a selection to choose from; I picked a Tequila Sunrise, which was delicious. The hotel butler was also very enthusiastic, responsible, and thoughtful, not to mention good-looking!

We had a very wonderful stay at Novotel. The staff were very friendly and very thoughtful. Upon learning that it was a special occasion for us, they took the initiative to prepare a cake for us. The design of the hotel interior is also impeccable. The bed is very comfortable and water pressure is good. For savvy travellers to YunQiuShan, Novotel should be a top choice.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. I really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good variety of options to choose from. The location is convenient, just a short to the train station by taxi and close to lots of popular attractions. The reception staff were also really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Facilities: Complete, large room, separate wet and dry toilets, comfortable mattresses Sanitation: Clean and tidy Environment: Good Service: Friendly front desk service The most important thing is that there is a laundry room on the first floor, which is very convenient for people like me who have to wash clothes every day. I didn't expect to live in such a hotel in Ji County. It's great👍🏻, and you can see the cave outside the window. The children like it very much
