CChanti1The apartment was easy to find. The self check in didn’t work for me as I arrived early, however after calling and speaking with the staff I was able to access the community space until my room was ready. The facilities there are relaxing and comfortable.
The room was self contained and had everything needed for a home from home experience.
I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Das Carls Hotel Düsseldorf as a solo traveler. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

MMarvinzumIf you expect any kind of service or help from the employees, this isn’t the right hotel for you. The reception forgot my request for a phone charger despite me asking three times and waiting five hours. Parking in the hotel garage costs 35€ a day.
