Dusseldorf Hotels with Wifi

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. On the first day, the air conditioner in our room was not working. We reported the issue to the reception in the evening, but were told that there were no available rooms. What was more concerning than the problem itself was the indifferent attitude of the reception staff. They showed no empathy, did not apologize, and simply stated that housekeeping had not reported the issue, asking us what they could do. To ensure the issue would be addressed, I personally reminded them again and provided our room number. I’m glad I did, because it later became clear that no record of our complaint had been made. That evening, assuming the issue had been resolved, we returned to our room only to find that the air conditioner was still not working. When we reported it again, we received the same standard response: “There are no available rooms.” It felt repetitive and unhelpful, as if no real effort was being made to resolve the situation. Since it was already late and our last night, we had little choice. Fortunately, a staff member named Fadi from the bar came to assist us. He checked the electrical panel, reset the fuses, and managed to get the air conditioner working. I would like to sincerely thank him for his initiative and helpfulness. Unlike the reception staff, he also proactively suggested a room change if needed. Additionally, as we were leaving the hotel, we met Ms. Derya from the reception. We explained the situation to her, and she kindly apologized for what had happened. I would like to thank her as well for her understanding and professional attitude. In summary, this hotel leaves guests to handle issues on their own unless they happen to encounter a helpful staff member. The experience feels inconsistent and unreliable, which is not what one expects from a hotel stay.

Fuss free check-ins and can’t complain about the rooms - it was sufficient. They do offer earlier breakfast hours (4am onwards) but I did not take them so I don’t know how it is this might be helpful for those going for early flights! Location is near the airport but far from everything else tho it is a small city after all. Quite affordable option nonetheless and had a smooth check-in experience.

Hotel is good, room service is nice, staff is kind. Facilities are generally in a good condition. Unfortunately, it only has one elevator, so, please avoid to use it during the peak hours. Also, dining hall is quite small, you may have to sit outside at the bar area. 😂

The location is excellent—conveniently situated for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied and tasty, with fresh options to start the day well. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for both short and longer stays.

My stay at TRIBE Düsseldorf was excellent overall. The hotel has a modern and fresh style, and the public areas are very well-designed. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-planned, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is very convenient; it's within walking distance to the train station and city center, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making it very practical. The staff were friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Although the facilities aren't extensive, they are well-maintained and suitable for business travelers and short stays. All in all, it offers good value for money and is a recommendable design hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Düsseldorf.

The hotel was okay overall. I checked in quite late at night, and there was no staff present for manual check-in, so I had to use the self-service machine. It was very slow, and the machine even had issues. The room was tidy and clean, but there was no bottled water, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The front desk was unstaffed, so the service was a bit lacking.

The hotel has a retro cultural heritage. There are many oil paintings. The corridor is very long. There are many rooms. Excellent location, there are many restaurants to go out, it is convenient to take a taxi Rich breakfast, more choices

I've been here a few times now and it's the only hotel I'll stay at, it's very very nice the staff are great very welcoming. The room was nice and cosy bed super comfortable.

Very close to the train station, and the main reason is that the owners are all wonderful Chinese sisters, hahahaha. It's super convenient to ask for directions or any questions!

Garner Hotel Düsseldorf is just perfect. The room is spacious even with extra single bed. More room for baggage for business travel person or family visit to Düsseldorf. The location is superb near main train station make it convenient to transit from place to place. Lastly the breakfast is good. In all, this hotel is above the value of money especially in the expensive Düsseldorf city. Just love it
