- Super comfortable room, strong AC

All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!"

The small shops in the hotel are also very complete, and the prices are not high. The breakfast was very rich, and I was given two for free. I couldn't eat it, and I took it to finish it when I was climbing the mountain. The hotel is very clean, the small yurt, the bath is very convenient.

FFarah9307I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

TTresa SThis hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye.
However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough.
Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.

GGuest UserStayed at dm one for one night. In general, it is enough for 3 stars. Only the executive room has windows. It is better because it has no windows at all, the bathroom is clean, the room is good, and the TV ac is OK. Only Zhang smells bad...please improve the cleanliness of the paper
