"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "I was lucky enough to get a great price at first, but literally the next day, the price for the same room shot up significantly. My tip for families (4 adults): rather than paying for an extra bed and additional breakfast, it's much better to just book a second room. This way, you're all set with enough beds and breakfast! For context, adding breakfast yesterday cost 150k per person. If you opt for an extra bed, the rate is 350k per bed, which only includes breakfast for one."

"On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was. When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly."

"Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!"

"We had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views. Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!"
