"Strategic location, with many food options near the hotel. My suggestion would be to add a permanent playground area. The current playground is only available on weekends from 9 AM to 12 PM and is located in a meeting room. The mini-fridge in the room wasn't cold, which made it difficult to store breast milk. I had to keep asking the front desk to store it for me."

"I arrived at 6:30 PM, and the room should have been ready, but instead, they were still looking for one. Weird. Did they think I wasn't going to show up or something? Then, there were lots of ants in the room. I was worried all night that my croissants would get covered in them. What's up with housekeeping? It seems like the management isn't doing a good job anymore. Everything feels lacking. At breakfast on Sunday, July 26, 2026, the staff at the egg station delivered someone else's order, and I had to get mine myself? Is that what they call hospitality? They should really fire them; it's embarrassing for Zest Bogor. And why can't GrabFood deliveries be brought to the room anymore? It used to be allowed. Now everyone's just lazy."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "My first impression of Swiss-Belhotel was how friendly and efficient the reception staff were; they handled issues quickly. Shortly after checking into my room, the same receptionist called to ask if everything was okay, checking on the AC, lights, etc., just to make sure there were no problems. He also offered us a membership card. Overall, my stay here met my expectations. The room was spacious, our requests were fulfilled, it had a mountain view, the water heater worked well, the AC was cold, and there was a hairdryer and an iron. The service was friendly, smiling, efficient, and all-around excellent. Breakfast was also very complete, with many varieties and delicious food. The waitstaff consistently checked tables and promptly cleared dirty plates. All the staff at Swiss-Belhotel were incredibly helpful, very friendly, and always smiling. Great job to the team and management; they made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Keep up the excellent service and product quality!"

"The location was great just a cross bogor botanical garden so very convenient if you want to play at the garden, the room very spacious coz I got an upgraded, for breakfast is just a standard food and for the amenities especially the water in the bathroom were not strong enough so you need to patience when bathing :)"

"We had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views. Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!"

"Good: - Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets. - Daily water bottles. - Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret). - Quiet. - Comfortable mattress. Could be better: - The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud. - The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel. Bad: - Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did. - It takes ages to get hot water for a shower. - Water pressure is highly irregular."

"I ended up staying here suddenly without planning because I went to Bogor intending to go back and forth (PP) but couldn't rent a motorbike. The hotel is nice and very strategically located near the botanical garden, and it's also connected to Botani Mall, so everything is easy. The room was also quite clean, and the hotel already has a smart TV. All was good."
