The staff are friendly and the hotel is good. Some parts are a little too much ^^ I just don't know much about food. Will stay again next time I go to India One more thought is needed.

I recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn in Mayur Vihar, and it was easily the highlight of my morning. The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day.

Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

1 The network is very bad, often disconnected from the network can not bear. 2 The room is quite old, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and the rest is not good at night. 3 The outside environment is very good, but what is the use? Not sleeping outside. 4He belongs to Marriott Group, but Marriott members have no rights to book here, and I don't know why Marriott cooperates with such an old hotel.

Very comfortable rooms, with high quality pillows and sheets. The staff was very helpful and overall had a great experience.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

In certain areas personal shouldn’t be too pushy: - taking/ carrying your personal items (luggage) - cleaning the used plates, cutleries even food is still on it - not waiting to finish your portion of food, and touching your cutleries, plates
