I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

The staff are friendly and the hotel is good. Some parts are a little too much ^^ I just don't know much about food. Will stay again next time I go to India One more thought is needed.

Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

1 The network is very bad, often disconnected from the network can not bear. 2 The room is quite old, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and the rest is not good at night. 3 The outside environment is very good, but what is the use? Not sleeping outside. 4He belongs to Marriott Group, but Marriott members have no rights to book here, and I don't know why Marriott cooperates with such an old hotel.

Others are good, that is, the air in the room is particularly poor, so bad that it is suffocating. It is estimated that the air conditioner is too dirty and has not been cleaned for a long time. Breakfast is not bad, service attitude is also very good.

Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk. Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ). Overall neat and clean. Good Reception area. Food for business stay.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.
