"It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary."

"Lemon Tree a Really Reputed Brand of Hotels was able to Host Us . The Ambiance , the Location of the Hotel was Really Lovely but I wouldn't say it was with my experience with the Service and Food , the Pasta we order was Raw and Stale , the Manchurian wasn't even good too much spice and too Garlicky. The Room was Decent , Bed was Comfy , Bathroom was Clean and well-maintained. I would give the stay based on my experience a 2.5/5 , it was Average , I expected the Service and especially the food to be more than what I Got ."

One recommendation to a hotel, the pillow mist and room spray is too much. The perfume smell is too strong which caused me not able to sleep that well. Please reduce it.

GGuest UserI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a business trip. This was my first time staying at a Marriott group hotel in Pune, and even though it was a Fairfield, I had high expectations, but I think my expectations were too high.
The good points were that there was plenty of bottled water (4 bottles) and the queen-size bed was comfortable. Also, the front desk staff were polite.
The bad points were that there were no slippers and the glass partition in the shower was only half-way, so after taking a shower, the water flowed down to the floor on the toilet side.
Also, since it's an Indian hotel, it can't be helped, but the breakfast was mainly Indian food. I couldn't help but eat Indian food, so I chose something other than Indian food for breakfast.
The price with breakfast was cheaper than the other hotels I was considering, so I think I'll return. However, the next time I stay, I'll bring my own slippers.
