Отдыхали в этом райском уголке в начале сентября. Отель превзошел все мыслимые и немыслемые ожидания!!! Прекрасный дизайн номеров, фойе, территории!!! Идиальная чистота и очень хорошее обслуживание!! Сначала заселились в стандартный номер, через пару дней, за небольшую плату переехали в огромный номер, с большой террасой и видом на бассейн и сад. Номер был великолепен!!! Посетили спа-зону. Заказали оздоровительную программу в хаммаме и массаж. Юлия, по мимо того, что очень красивая девушка, еще и настоящий профессионал!! Ужины, это отдельный ритуал!! Столы сервируют на площадке, с прекраным видом на море!! Белые скатерти, живые цветы, приятная музыка, красивая, дорогая посуда и очень вкусные блюда!!! Перепробовали практически все меню!!! Прекрасный уровень!! Шезлонги и зонтики стоят в саду, что позволяет в жаркие часы находиться в тени! Под ногами мягкая трава...)) До моря нужно спуститься по ступенькам, а если море волнуется, то бассейн с морской водой прекрасен. Совсем рядом есть магазинчики со всем необходимым и аптека.Если пройти чуть дальше, есть много кафе, вещевой и продуктовый рынки. Но в отеле и еда и атмосфера выше на десять уровней!! Отдельная благодарность хозяйке отеля красавице Дайве и управляющему Мураду!!! Мы просто в вас влюбились!!! Всегда во всем помогут, всегда на связи!! Илай, хозяйка ресепшена очень хорошая девушка!!! Бекир, отдельное спасибо за прекрасное обслуживание в ресторане!!! Весь персонал очень гостиприимный, чуство заботы и полной защиты и безопасности присутствовало всегда!!! А это очень важно!!! The room was lovely and the hotel was right on the beach. The restaurant and the bar were amazing. But the best was the breakfast. Absolutely incredible.

Были в отеле с июне с 25 по 30 число. В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you.

Отличный отель - не шикарный, но минусов практически нет. Музыка была пару раз только во время ужина, а значит можно спокойно спать ночью. Выбор блюд небольшой, но всё очень вкусно приготовлено. Каждый день был лосось на обед, пару раз попались мидии, пару раз - печень, разнообразия мне хватило. Никогда не было несвежей еды или грязной посуды - спасибо персоналу, очень хорошо следят за качеством. В номере всё тоже было замечательно, всё учтено до мелочей: от хорошего интернета и напора в душе до мягких подголовников кровати!

За свои деньги (100 долларов на пятерых) отлично. Есть 2 небольшие горки в бассейне. Еда на любителя. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтами. Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер
