The Butik Hotel exceeded all expectations. The room fund was thought out to the tiny things, a little outdated, but it didn't stop any. Excellent bedding, clean. Beautiful cosmetics in the shower. Dining system at dinner is the top pilot in kitchen, service and service. Snow-white dishes and beautiful dishes. Breakfast is absolutely the same day by day, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits, salted fish, jams, butter, bread products, baking. Hot breakfast on request from staff. They will bring anything you ask. Thus, food is not thrown out of excess, consumption is reasonable. The staff knows their business for all 5+. The swimming pool with sea water was surprised and admired. In Turkey, such luxury is not in many places, so for this option is huge +. Local residents, in particular cute cats and turtle, have been entertaining all the time staying at the hotel. We had to change rooms twice because they were either outdated or unpleasantly musty. You have to ask around about the hotel's facilities. Given the size of the complex, it would be great to have a small map, like a flyer, with the highlights and where to find them. And beware, the photographer Dogan will rip you off!

This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel.

Отель и выбраный номер очень понравился. Вид шикарный - горы, море, пальмы, проспект. Питание хорошее, мясо, красная рыба, гриль каждый день. Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

I had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. T

Beutifull location right on beach front nice food really only older people in there pools nice and clean room big enough hard to park

Отель расположен в 10 минутах от пляжа Клеопатра номер 6-7. Тихий район в отличие от первой линии. Очень интересный интерьер отеля, все новое. Есть 2 корпуса. В двух корпусах 2 бассейна. Завтрак хороший( 8-10 утра). Приветливый персонал. Нам все понравилось.

An amazing place to stay at. The staff is the best. I have never met such nice staff anywhere on my travels. They are very helpful. Location is very nice. Rooms are good. Food was okay but great value for money!! Totally recommend staying here

This hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful. I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that. It’s not like they were overbooked. Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly. I would stay here again. .

I am very satisfied with the excellent service of the hotel staff.they are very helpful and friendly.the hotel is very clean,there is a calm and quiet pool.they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room. Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here.
