"The mattress was really comfortable, the room design was very practical, and it was clean. You even get to make your own bed! However, it was EXTREMELY noisy. The club downstairs didn't stop until 2 AM, so I couldn't fall asleep until then. I was on the 3rd floor and my friend on the 6th, and we both could hear it. For me, it was incredibly loud."

"No kitchen in the hotel! Its wrong description. Cannot cook at all. There is only one microwave for all the hotel guest. Have to wait for at least half hour during dinner time. The room is with basic equipment. There has been a lot of comments mentioned that the hotel got bed bugs, has been worried for few nights but luckily didnt found them during the stay. You can try it for short stay but not long."

The room was simple but very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast included homemade cakes and excellent coffee."

"A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus."
