Basic B&B. Clean beds and towels. Small room but had all you needed. Mismatched furniture and a bit dated but new owner was very pleasant when we were leaving. Location for carpark, ice rink and trams was great. Usually stop in 4* but couldn't get in our favourites and this did what we needed. Great price.

The room is clean and neat. The hotel is also care about their customers. I will definitely go back to stay if travelling to Blackpool next time

Great stay!! Friendly staff, perfect location! Just a short stroll down and your right in the bar areas, town has some great Thai restaurants and plenty of other options 🥰🍾🍾👌 right on the seafront just past the famous Tower!! Will definitely be back, thanks again!! 🙏🙏🙏

Great hotel and entertainment. Staff very good. Only thing was our room very compact and a little to warm

We've stayed 3 times already. No breakfast facilities but never an issue as we prefer a long lie in. Really close to Blackpool North station. Short walk to all our favourite places - Abingdon Street Market, Funny Girls, Galleon, Soul Suite, Wintergardens, West Coast Rock, Cafe Continental (breakfast/ lunch venue) Little Black Pug and lots of other great shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs & charity shops. Easy access to trams & buses to various other areas & 10 min walk to North Pier/ prom.

Overall a decent stay,wasn’t very clean in our room,we booked the small double room ,was very small ,fruit flys all in there we managed to get those out tho,my friend was desabled so 2 flights of stars to walk up wasn’t good for her,manager very friendly helped with our cases on arrival and departure,let us keep our luggage there after check out due to our train being a late one,would we stay there again,yes but bigger room next time on lower floor

The quality of this hotel was not great, but all we wanted was somewhere to sleep while we were in Blackpool so it served its purpose, and for the valid it was perfect. Be aware that although the hotel says there is WiFi, it is only on the lobby and doesn't reach the rooms. We also didn't have a remote for the TV and it wouldn't work without, although we asked for one multiple times, the staff were unable to find one that worked for our TV. The walls are very thin and you hear every noise from around the hotel. Luckily (also unfortunately) our room was the furthest away possible. The water pressure on the shower was amazing. The hotel water on the tap comes out boiling hot straight away. Overall, the quality of the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it was everything we needed

We visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.

Nice wee hotel this. A little out of the way but tram stop basically right outside the door so this wasn’t really too much of an issue. Staff friendly enough and just let to your own devices without them bothering you all the time. Would happily stay here again.
