GGuest UserMy business trip stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were really friendly, proactively offering tips on nearby dining and shopping spots. The room was spotless, the bedding had no strange odors, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with a consistent hot water supply. It was incredibly quiet at night; I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all, so I woke up feeling refreshed. The value for money is truly outstanding. I'd highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

GGuest UserI came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. I also enthusiastically helped find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. Takeaway can also let the robot help to the door, the good feeling is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room is well lit and ventilated. There is no smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. Chicken stew ate beef hot pot ate sausage powder ate fried bean dried steamed vegetables ate, it was a little less to play, then long meat hahaha relax, two days leisurely live happy eat happy have fun ～

YyinzchenReally near railway station but it is far from center town. Can take Didi / taxi everywhere. No speaking english but can chat with wechat with the resepsionist. The resepsionist is really helpful and we got welcome snack. Unexpected the toilet is smart toilet without bidet.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is comfortable, and the various configurations are novel and complete. The room itself is very cost-effective! The staff also have a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple. Another thing is that the hotel rooms are only on the 5th and 6th floors, while the 3rd and 4th floors are Vienna International (it is said that both floors belong to the same owner). The hotel elevator is not exclusive and feels a bit messy, which is a flaw! But the hotel itself is rare in Puning, and the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory!

GGuest UserA very spacious, quiet and clean hotel to stay in. Breakfast is simple but just nice fulfilling the basic needs of protein, carbo, fibre and vitamins. Staff are helpful. Some very nice local specialty food is just few hundred meters away. Highly recommended to stay here.

There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very old, the carpet is dirty, the sofa cover is cracked and one side of the seat is dented. The faucet will open automatically after being turned off. After studying for a long time, I can only twist it to the far right to lock it. It’s just that everything is too old.
However, during the Chinese New Year, this one is the cheapest among the more formal hotels in Puning, and there are no other options. At 10 o'clock that night, I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said that there was no problem with the equipment. Maybe everyone was gathering together to use it and asked me to wait. At 12:30, there was still no hot water, so I went to bed directly. As a Cantonese, this is the first time since I was 3 years old that I went to bed without taking a shower🙃

Facilities: TV can cast screen, film and television app members, network speed is OK
Service: The service attitude is generally good, but after checking out, the deposit was deducted, saying that we took a glass, and later said that the waiter made a mistake, a little unpleasant.
Overall it is recommended to stay.

Parent-child travel still have to choose easy and not tired mother! I chose Panlong Bay Hot Spring Hotel. The room is very large, very clean, and very convenient. I have a buffet with my parents and children. There is also a snow and ice world. Children are not willing to go. I really love it and the service is very good. I really have a second plan.
