GGuest UserThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

SSinnnnnnnHotel facilities: I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I almost fell barefoot. There are rubber slippers, but my shoes probably got soaked and smelled, so I didn't wear them. The front desk service greeted me warmly, which is not available in other hotels at this price. I especially like the foot soaking service. I drove all day and was exhausted. I came back to the hotel and took a bath and soaked my feet comfortably. There is a charging station at the door of the hotel, which is very friendly and convenient for friends who take trams. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, but it's pretty good, but pay attention to the non-slip service in the bathroom!

FFanhuasijinA spontaneous trip to Puning. I knew it was a small city beforehand, but I didn't expect the cyberpunk vibe next to the hotel to be so cool. It was a very new and beautiful hotel; I loved the decor. The on-site service was excellent. However, the constant WeChat reminders for a good review were a bit annoying. I hadn't even checked out yet, so why were they already urging me? It slightly diminished my initial positive impression. But that's not a big problem. I stayed two nights, and on the second day, the cleaning lady hadn't provided new toiletries. I don't know if she was being stingy or just forgot.
Breakfast was decent, with a good selection. The dishes were basically the same both days. I especially liked the sandwiches. The cups that came with the coffee machine were too small; whether it was a paper cup or a ceramic cup, it would overflow, which was awkward and difficult to handle. It was also annoying. Everything else was fine.
But Puning still offers many surprises, especially the amazing food in the surrounding area.

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Puning, with Wantaihui and Plaza downstairs. It is very convenient for shopping and dining, and it is very lively. The hotel parking lot and the shopping mall have the same entrance, so there is a bit of traffic jam. The room has a soft mattress and is clean. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room. The decoration style is very warm and there are many breakfast options. It's a pity that there is a cup of coffee missing. The stay experience is good.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.

SSZZYFThe hotel is at the entrance of the highway, easy to find! The hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, but there is no luggage stand. It can only be placed on the floor. It is inconvenient to get up and down to get things. Older people are afraid of fainting. The swimming pool opens at 3 p.m., and you can enter with your room card. I checked out the Chaoshan raw pickled food at the nearby Internet celebrity. It tastes good, but you have to check the number of dishes when you check out. You know it when you are away from home!

TTangtang05Booked to watch Yingge Dance, the location is right next to People's Park, booked early and the price is OK, the room location and view are OK, the surrounding area is all tricycles with local characteristics, which is good, but it's a pity that there are no shared battery cars, otherwise you can ride a donkey to go wherever you want, the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic
