TTeangtangtotteiI heard that the more prosperous part of Aswan is the east bank of the Nile, but this is a small hotel in a Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile. If you have a chartered car, you can stay in the village to experience the Nubian culture (there is a section of road under construction into the village, it is not easy to walk and it is very dark at night). You can see the sunrise over the Nile when you go out in the morning. It is very quiet and the small village is also very beautiful. The service is particularly good. The breakfast (some bread, yogurt and boxed juice) will be packed for the morning meeting. There is an independent bathroom, but the light is dim, so I lowered my expectations. It is normal and good conditions in Egypt. At least it is clean, the bath water is hot, and it is not a problem to sleep in clothes for a night.

SSandra MacauI had a mixed experience at this hotel during my stay in Egypt. The room itself was nice, spacious, clean, and featured a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with fresh towels and all necessary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and soap.However, the layout of the hotel is very strange and offers no privacy. While you can catch a glimpse of the river if you step onto the balcony and look to the side, your direct view is another guest's room and balcony. We could see directly into each other's spaces, forcing me to keep my curtains closed the entire time.I tried the breakfast buffet on my second day. It had a good variety, and the restaurant offers an absolutely amazing view of the river. There was an egg station, though no staff member was manning it at the time. The hotel seemed very quiet, as I only saw two other guests.Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but I would choose a different one next time solely because of the room's view and lack of privacy.

KKalagandaailisiThis small hotel is located in a small village. We went there in February. It was dry and cold. The air conditioner can only cool. The wind from the door is very strong. The panoramic room has a balcony on one side, which is even colder. Sara at the front desk is more professional. You can ask her if you need anything, but she starts work at 10 am. The one in charge of the bar is very unreliable. The kettle for hot water we were served was not washed. The kettle that had milk in it made the water all mushy. The food hygiene is completely unreliable. He also forced us to sell two bottles of water. We didn't order them, but he gave them to us directly, so we thought they were for breakfast. Finally, he showed us the price list and asked us for money. I said you didn't tell us, and he said you didn't ask. The first stop in Aswan has a very bad impression!

GGuest UserWhat you see is what you get, very cute place. The whole village is super cute in dopamine style!  Breakfast is delicious, you can eat on the balcony and the scenery is particularly good, directly see the Nile!  The sister of the homestay also took me to touch the little crocodile for free! Super experience! This small village is especially suitable for hanging out and relaxing for a leisurely day!

GGuest UserThe facilities are old, but I decided to stay there because I had to get up at 4am to take part in the Abu Simbel Temple tour. The doorman called a taxi for me to get to the airport for a surprisingly cheap price, so that was a relief.
