"The location was pretty good. The room didn't seem to be the type I booked. It was super spacious, and they prepared a room with one double and one single bed. The staff at check-in were friendly, and the Wi-Fi speed was decent. I didn't try the breakfast. There's a shopping mall connected right next door, and the Lavazza cafe on the first floor is open 24 hours, which was very useful. However, I left something behind at the hotel and contacted them. I asked about shipping it, but since I had already moved on to Luxor, they could only arrange a car delivery from Aswan to Luxor, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't something expensive, so I decided not to pay for the car delivery and just gave up, but it was inconvenient for the rest of my trip since I'd left my electronic device charger. It would have been great if they could have shipped it to Cairo..."

"This is a great place. The island where the hotel is located is the best spot in all of Aswan. The people here are nothing like the Egyptians who constantly bother you. Here, you can relax more. There are many good places to eat nearby. The room is comfortable, clean, and has Nile views. You have a shared 'kitchenette' with another room in the hallway just outside your door on the same floor. The rooftop terrace is great for sitting and having a drink (which you bring up yourself) and enjoying the Nile views both day and night. The staff are very friendly and even give you a farewell gift – a bracelet with a scarab for everyone in the room. Plus, you get a welcome drink both when you arrive and when you leave. The bathroom has a shower gel dispenser and a shampoo dispenser. They also provide tea and coffee as amenities, and there's a kettle and a fridge to store your things."

"The rooms are villa-style, and the view from the Nile River view room was superb. The room was clean, and the staff's service was impeccable. The Egyptian massage and sunset cruise were also fantastic. It was such a wonderful hotel that I'd love to stay here again on my next trip to Aswan, Egypt."

"The hardware is impeccable, and the service is full of warmth! I must give a big shout-out to the staff at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, I could feel the meticulous care. The room was not only clean and tidy, but the bedding was also very comfortable; you can tell they put a lot of thought into the details. The most stunning feature, of course, was the unobstructed panoramic view of the Nile River outside the window. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and enjoying a meal while gazing at the river view was an excellent experience. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, or room service, everyone was very professional and enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

"This is essentially a guesthouse. The village roads are all dirt, and the only way to leave the village by vehicle is by open-top electric tuk-tuk. I asked the front desk to call me a car to take me to the temple, and they immediately quoted $35. I didn't use their service; instead, I flagged a car down myself right outside, and it only cost 300 EGP to get to the felucca dock. Later, I asked other Chinese tourists, and they said it should only be 200 EGP."

"The hotel is located on a hillside, and there were packs of stray dogs on the road leading up to it. Overall, the hotel's decor is actually quite decent, but the rooms are more like guesthouse standard, especially the bathroom. The bath towels felt like they'd seen better days, I'd suggest bringing your own disposable ones. Other bedding seemed clean enough. The biggest issue, though, was the water – whether it was in the bathroom or for the coffee at breakfast, it had a very strong, unpleasant odor. It's about an 8-minute walk to the Old Waterfall Hotel and the Carrefour Chinese restaurant, which is fairly convenient."

"The room decor feels a bit dated, but it was incredibly clean, which made for a great stay! The shuttle boat runs frequently, and there's parking at the dock, making arrivals and departures very convenient. Breakfast and dinner options were fairly standard, but sufficient. Our room, 506, had a balcony facing the east bank of the Nile, which was not sunny and offered a fantastic view. Overall, highly recommended! 👍👍"

"Seeing reviews mentioning people checking into the wrong hotel, Basmah, I was worried we'd make the same mistake. However, after the driver initially took us to the wrong entrance, security checked the executive lounge list. If a name matched, they told us to go further up. It seems the problem of getting lost has been resolved. The hotel view was indeed very nice, and the facilities were similar to those at Orange Crystal Hotels in China. The electrical outlets were also universally compatible with China, requiring no adapter. The front desk and other staff were very professional and welcoming. On our last day, even though it wasn't breakfast time yet, the staff had already packed our breakfast for us. Overall, we were very satisfied!"
