"Good experiences anyway. This is a kind of daily cost. But because it's new, it's very clean. The bed is quite comfortable, the air conditioner is perfect cold, the hot water can be adjustable. The bathroom is also very clean because it's new. The new thing is that I forgot to swipe the mirror and clothes hangers/towels ... hehehe ... only minus 1, the car parking slot is very small, you can only get on 2-3 cars. But it's no problem, next time you go to Malang, you can come back again ..."

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tuwuh Malang. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everything is well-maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide warm service that makes you feel comfortable. The price is also quite reasonable considering the comfort and facilities offered. Was ok. The room was clean. Unfortunately there was a window, but only leading into a shaft with the AC. So basically not a window. The door was also made of glass showing into a hallway. Also not ideal. But the staff was nice and the location was good. So it's fine for some nights.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Malang. The staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is also strategic.

New great experience for us. At first I was a little hesitant about wanting to stay at this hotel, but I was curious about the Victorian style outside the building, so we stayed, and it's really as good as it is luxurious for a hotel of that class, but the only thing that is lacking in maintenance is that the rooms are a bit old and perhaps not paid enough attention to like the furniture in the rooms. the shower. Yesterday I had a sink that was a bit clogged and the room AC wasn't cold enough even though it was already 18°, but it was still paid off with fast, responsive and satisfying service. Hopefully it will continue to be successful and the room facilities can be further rejuvenated. Thank you for the hospitality.
